All service fees and transaction fees already paid are not refundable.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

The following terms and conditions will help all patrons to enjoy the event that tickets have been purchased for. Tickets entitle the holder to attend the event at the date, time and location stated on the front of the ticket and/or selected at the time of purchase through official sales channels. By purchasing a ticket the buyer and/or the holder agrees to the following:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES AND ENTRY

  1. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all details are correct at the time of purchase especially the event name, date, time and location. The tickets can not be exchanged, refunded or returned except in accordance with Australian consumer Law.

  2. Customers who purchase tickets online will be given a confirmation number to confirm the purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation number or are otherwise concerned that your purchase was not successful, you must contact info@eneworld.com for confirmation of purchase.

  3. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided on collection of tickets. If the ticket holder cannot present valid identification, the Presenter reserves the right to apply an additional charge up to the difference of a full standard ticket price.

  4. Patrons who disrupt a performance, who are in use or possession of a prohibited item, or fail to produce concession ID as appropriate may be asked to leave the venue without refund of ticket purchase.

  5. COVID-19 REFUNDS

In addition to the conditions outlined in the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice, a patron may request a refund of a ticket free of charge for the following reason:

If you have been asked to isolate due to COVID-19 causes, including having a positive COVID-19 status or are awaiting the results of a State administered PCR COVID-19 test.

If you have purchased tickets to an event and now find you are unable to attend due to COVID-19 causes, you are entitled to a refund. Please email info@eneworld.com including your booking reference number.

6. The recording of an event using any device is prohibited unless otherwise advised.

The above terms and conditions are consistent with Australian consumer Law and the Live Performance AustraliaTicketing Code of Practice and their Safe Tix Guide. T

Advertised prices are valid for today only and subject to change without notice.

Your name and contact details will not be added to a marketing list, nor will we disclose these details to third parties without your consent, unless required by law. If you opt-in to become a subscriber of ENE World, you are giving us permission to send you information about upcoming performances and other products and services offered by ENE World and its partners. If you opt in to have your information passed onto ‘The producer of this production’ you are giving permission for your data to be passed on to the promoter of the event.
